Built in 1903 in the Cape-Dutch Colonial style, the vast 2 tiered veranda of the Villa Belmonte Manor House Hotel prsents the the visitor with views that are breathtaking in their beauty. Embraced by the grandeur of table Mountain's Africa face and Table bay, with the city of Cape Town stretching out towards a blue sea alive with ships and yachts, these are sublime surroundings. Owners, Cliff and Tabea Jacobs, restored and converted their elegant home into an exclusive boutique hotel some years ago and have since gained an enviable reputation for the quality of their product, culminating in the Villa being awarded a 4 star grading with a Silver classification for service excellence. All fourteen air-conditioned rooms are en suite and individually decorated with style and flair. The gracious lounge, with its cosy well-stocked bar, is a peaceful haven, and for gourmets Villa Belmonte offers fine dining with excellent cuisine served in the magnificently restored dining room. All of our rooms are equipped with telephones, air-conditioners, overhead fans, television sets, mini-bars, safes, radio alarm clocks, heaters, hair-dryers, and work desks with modem points.
